House is fully furnished, just need to furnish your own room! Shared main bathroom that does have a lock on the door, and a half bath that also has a lock on the door. Friendly area, walking distance from everything you could need or want. Close to bus stops, and near a couple entrances to fish creek park

I am a relatively to my self kind of person. I value a clean living space. I wipe down counters and cooking areas immediately after use, do a bi-weekly clean according to a cleaning schedule and always ensure to be positive!

I primarily use the house as a space to wind down, rest, recharge, and find peace. Guests are not common on my end, but as long as yours are respectful I do not mind, just please let me know prior the same I will do for you.
