hi. this is a 1bedroom+den unit. you will be sharing this with my roommate as i am moving out because i am getting transferred to brantford (job). she works 7 days a week and just comes home to sleep😵‍💫. you have the room and den all for you for whole day. we dont have any specific restrictions. you do you. but just take care of the house and keep it clean. internet is included. hydro is extra which will be 15-20 dollars per head. we right now use the den as walkin closet where you can keep tour clothes and makeup and get ready…its a girls girls place.
