Renting a private room in a 3 bed 1 bath house. Rent would be 1100$ all in. That includes WiFi + utilities. In suite laundry and big backyard along with basement for storage. PET FRIENDLY (Preferably a cat, but I won’t say no to the right dog, my Samoyed can be a little picky with dogs so she’s the final boss), also would need another half month pet deposit. Half month rent for security deposit regardless.

We are located on Earles & Vanness. Literally a 30 second walk to the Expo line!

First picture is the room which will be empty. Second and third picture are living room / dining room and will mostly be empty as well. Fifth pic is the Sammy in question.

You’ll be living with me (Jeff). I work two jobs and am usually out of the house working or playing sports. I do enjoy cooking on evenings off.

Nate lives in the second room and he mostly keeps to himself playing video games.
