Our apartment is a 4-bed 2-bath located in Sandy Hill, just a 5 minute walk to uOttawa! The neighborhood is safe, with a nice community of students. Our apartment has access to a small backyard as well. Our landlord is super nice and quick to respond to texts if ever there is an issue. We also have in-building laundry across the hall for 2$/load (loonies only). The bedroom available is spacious, with a large window and a decent sized closet. Each bathroom is shared between 2 bedrooms.

My roommates and I are all students here in Ottawa. My roommate Cleo and I are both 2nd-year health sciences students at uOttawa, and our other roommate Annabel is a 3rd-year arts student at Carleton. We are all clean, organized, and respectful roommates. We each value our schooling, so we do spend a lot of time studying, but we do also like to have fun on the weekends! We all love to listen to music, play board games, and go on walks around Ottawa (especially in the fall).
