Steps away from massive common areas and the West Edmonton Mall, this extremely walkable room features its own washroom and comes fully furnished, with all utilities and internet included.
You would be living with the owners, with both of us living here part-time, based on our scheduling. Ideally looking for one female tenant, as my partner would be more comfortable with another female tenant (and would be the one here more often than myself, as I travel between Edmonton and Ottawa regularly). Given our schedules, you’ll often be left living here alone. Therefore, we’d like someone responsible, who can appreciate the price-to-rent value, and is willing to take care of the property, given everything it has to offer. -All utilities. -Your own washroom. -Furnished room with a queen-sized bed. -In-suite laundry. -Free use of any other common-area furnishings. -Walking distance to various massive commons, 15 minutes to the WEM/WEM Transit, 15-minute drive to the nearest Costco, and lots of street parking available as well, if needed.
