I am looking to find one more person to share the 3bed-1 bath main-floor suite that I took possession of mid-June 2026. One more private bedrooms to rent in a shared main-floor unit located across from SouthGate Centre in Edmonton. Fully fenced backyard. Functional front yard sitting space. I am looking for one single individual.

RENT: $750/mo. - includes UTILITIES + INTERNET with RENT. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $750. Due on lease signing or to hold the bedroom before Aug.1.2026. If no damage outside of regular wear and tear occurs; full damage deposit will be returned.

About Me: (She/They) Storey I have one well behaved female dog (5 yrs old), a female rescue cat(5yrs old), and a pair of budgie birds in my room. The pets are spayed, house trained, and my dog is in the process of certifying as a therapy dog. They’re big sucks. I have full time employment as a registered health care aide and community support worker. My dog comes to work often. I like to garden flowers in the spring/summer and have a collection of indoor plants. I enjoy playing music;I have a guitar and ukulele. I play card games and board games. I do yoga, ride my bike, walk and hike with my dog. I love art in general.

The other roommate is also female, is a full time university student, and enjoys similars interests to my own.

House Upkeep: I am an easy going human. I appreciate a tidy space, I believe in a calm and quiet home environment for both me and who I’m living with. I take accountability and responsibility seriously. Following through on promised tasks, sticking to your word, and maintaining respect of personal beliefs and environmental spaces means a lot to me. If you make a mess, clean it up before leaving it for someone else. If you break something, say something. If you need something, ask permission first not forgiveness later. If something is bothering you, kindly speak up. As for tools we currently have a lawn mower, weed whacker, shovels, and ice breaking-thing for property upkeep. Outdoor upkeep is shared with the basement tenants.

Indoor cleaning supplies: household supply cost-sharing system in place for things like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soaps… to keep pricing economical. These costs are in addition to rent.
