I am looking to find 1 or 2 others to share the 3bed-1 bath main-floor suite that I’ll be taking possession of mid-to-end-of-June 2026.

It is located blocks from SouthGate Centre in Edmonton. Fully fenced backyard. I am looking for two single individuals or a couple.

RENT per person: $800/mo. UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $800/mo. due on lease signing or to hold the bedroom before July.2026 If no damage outside of regular wear and tear occurs; full damage deposit will be returned. An invoice will be provided for the reparation of non-wear-and-tear damages to prove any and all incurred costs to be deducted. Garage can be rented out for extra $ if you are looking for covered parking.

About Me: (She/They) Storey I have one well behaved female dog (5 yrs old), a female rescue cat(5yrs old), and a pair of budgie birds. The pets are spayed, house trained, and my dog is in the process of certifying as a therapy dog. They’re big sucks. I have full time employment as a registered health care aide and community support worker. My dog comes to work often.

I love to garden flowers in the spring/summer and have a collection of indoor plants. I enjoy playing music;I have a guitar and ukulele. I play card games and board games. I do yoga, ride my bike, walk and hike with my dog. I love art in general.

House Upkeep: I am an easy going human. I appreciate a tidy space, I believe in a calm and quiet home environment for both me and who I’m living with. I take accountability and responsibility seriously. Following through on promised tasks, sticking to your word, and maintaining respect of personal beliefs and environmental spaces means a lot to me. If you make a mess, clean it up before leaving it for someone else. If you break something, say something. If you need something, ask permission first not forgiveness later. If something is bothering you, kindly speak up. As for tools I currently have a lawn mower, shovel, and ice breaking thing for property upkeep. Indoor cleaning supplies: I request that we figure out a system that best suites everyone to ensure that supplies are kept up equally.
