The studio apartment is very cozy, spacious, and has a lot of natural light coming in. 10 minute walk from TMU, loblaws and no frills. The balcony overlooks the Allan gardens park. Very friendly and respectful neighbors. This is ideal for couples or someone looking to live alone (preferably female). Looking to sublease from beginning of June to the end of August. The apartment is fully furnished with a full sized bed, large study table and chairs, microwave, and a kettle. The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, and oven too. Water and heat is included in the rent. WiFi and electricity is not included. I’ve been living here for 8 months now and my experience has been great! This unit is a studio, so it’ll just be you! It’s a very peaceful and comfortable apartment. The park across the street is my favorite thing about this location.
