About the room
Great shared space in a 3 bed 2 bath house right in the heart of Little Italy. The open room is on the 3rd floor, lots of privacy and space with its own bathroom. House is steps away from incredible restaurants and bars, Trinity Bellwoods Park, College and Dundas streetcar stops, and Christie station. The front door is a separate entrance for our unit, the main floor and basements tenants have a separate entrance at the back. All three units share the laundry and some garage storage but it is free. All utilities are included in the rent price, Wi-Fi is about $25 each extra.
The common space photos in the listing are from previous tenants - if you have living room furniture that’s a bonus. I am taking some essentials with me when I move.
Looking for May long weekend move in at the earliest, or June 1st. This is lease assignment - so your name would replace mine on our existing lease and your application will have to be approved by the landlord.
About the roomies
I am moving out of Toronto for work but you would be living with MJ (male, 29) and Caleb (male, 21). We all met on roomies and have got along great since. If you see a cat in the photos he’s coming with me - but the guys are open to pets if you have one.
