My name is Terry and I am looking for a roommate in my clean and quiet home. I do have a small dog, so must like animals.( he does not shed) looking for someone who is clean, quiet and will respect myself, my dog and my home. Not looking for someone who drinks a lot and if you smoke, you must smoke outdoor The rent is $900 a month with one parking spot and includes everything accept wifi . There is a washer and dryer here. We would share kitchen, bathroom and living room The lake is also a cross the street, so very convenient if you love swimming or kayaking First and last month required
