Well-maintained room in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a clean and secure building with great amenities. The room has a bright, comfortable layout with plenty of natural light and a relaxed atmosphere with private bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished. The building includes a fully equipped gym, BBQ area, and party room. The area has easy access to transit and grocery stores.

I’m a working class female. I’m easy to get along with and I’m looking for someone to share my apartment with. I keep shared spaces clean (kitchen and living room areas), and I’m respectful of privacy. I’m friendly and will get along well, but it’s not a party house. Occasionally we’ll have a friend over, but nothing disruptive. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, clean, pays bills on time, and communicates clearly.
