Looking to sublet my private bedroom in a shared home starting May 10 (flexible to a later move-in). There are two rooms in the house open for sublet, but this listing is for one room only. This is one of three bedrooms in the house. One other roommate will also be subletting her room, and the third bedroom will be left vacant for the summer, so the house will be shared with at most one other person. If you move in on May 10, the first month will be half off ($500) due to the mid-month start. Rent is $1,000/month. The room is a good size with natural light and will be furnished with a bed, desk, and chair. The house includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Location: 2-minute drive / 8-minute walk to Shelbourne Plaza 5-minute drive / 9-minute bus to UVic 13-minute drive / 23-minute bus to downtown Note about photos: Photos shown are from the current/previous setup.
