Private Room: Newly renovated townhouse in Downtown Yonge Area! Access to storage room, living area + kitchen (fully furnished), backyard, and front deck. The room locks from the inside and outside! Located in TMU Campus Area, less than 10 minute walk to both College and Dundas station. This room is a basement room, and our house is two floors (basement and ground floor). We have another room on the first floor that will be available to rent starting September. It’s a 4 bedroom house with two bathrooms so you will have three roommates and be sharing bathrooms with only one other person. All current roommates are female TMU students and we have two super sweet cats (even though I’m allergic to cats lol). Me and my roommate are definitely best friends so we would love to meet people with similar lifestyles that we could potentially be friends with, but we mostly value good communication, responsibility, and cleanliness.
