Private room: Newly renovated townhouse in Downtown Yonge Area! The room locks from inside and outside, and you have a private entrance/exit to the street. Access to a storage room, living area + kitchen (fully furnished), backyard, laundry, and porch/deck. In the TMU Campus area, less than 10 minute walk to both College and Dundas station. This room is a on the ground floor. Our house is two floors (basement and ground floor). MOVE IN: Early September or end of August

It’s a 4 bedroom house with two bathrooms so you have three roommates but be sharing bathrooms with only one other person. All current roommates are female students and we have two cats.
