Private room: Newly renovated townhouse in Downtown Yonge Area! The room locks from inside and outside, and you have a private entrance/exit to the street. Access to a storage room, living area + kitchen (fully furnished), backyard, laundry, and porch/deck. In the TMU Campus area, less than 10 minute walk to both College and Dundas station. This room is a on the ground floor. Our house is two floors (basement and ground floor). MOVE IN: Early September or end of August We have another room on the basement floor that will be available to rent starting late April-Early May
It’s a 4 bedroom house with two bathrooms so you have three roommates but be sharing bathrooms with only one other person. All current roommates are female TMU students and we have two super sweet cats (even though I’m allergic to cats lol). Me and my roommate are definitely best friends so we would love to meet people with similar lifestyles that we could potentially be friends with. But we mainly value good communication, responsibility, and cleanliness. LGBTQ and POC friendly :)
