Roommate Wanted :

3 story house with 2 bedrooms to pick from : One in the basement, can have full basement (Just storage right now) or top floor has a bedroom with a jack and jill style bathroom connected. The basement does not have a bathroom but there is a half bath on main floor that could become private bathroom for a basement tenant. All utilities included in rent, no extra charges. Full kitchen, attached garage, big backyard and really awesome and quiet neighbours. We dont have “schedules” in the house, we want all to live as normal and free as can be so cook whenever, do laundry when need too, all open. Currently has 3 adults, myself and my Fiancé, and his friend. All work full-time jobs, quiet and respectful roommates. No pets as we have 2 dogs and a cat already filling the allowed animal occupancy. House is situated right off the main street in Okotoks, in walking distance to all stores and food you can think of. Not big on parties, so house will always be respectful and quiet, we on occasion have a friend over but no huge crowds. We are not big drinkers, but we do love weed so just a heads up incase you do not like that. Our animals are very respectful and quiet, may bark to guard the house but nothing bad. Very well trained, wont have to worry about a shoe being eaten or something. I have a horse so I am often away from the house with the dogs.
