The room is completely furnished with double bed, bedding sheets, quilt. There is a large dresser, end table and lamp. Double closet and large window with blackout curtains. You would be sharing the apartment with me and my cat. I am 74 yrs old and handicapped. I have limited mobility and must use a walker. I still remain very active physically and mentally. I am offering lower rent in exchange for assistance with heavy household chores I can’t do anymore - washing floors, heavy lifting and sometimes need an errand or two done. (Items at store). I am very independent otherwise and am not home much during the day. The apartment itself is open concept living and kitchen area with nice soaker tub and shower. I was a professional Chef and Foodservice Manager in Toronto for over 20 yrs. I still love to cook and will gladly prepare meals if you want .. 😀👨🍳👩🍳 You would have full use of the entire apartment and can come and go as you please. I will provide a rental agreement and give rent receipts . I only ask that you be clean and tidy, honest and respect me as I will respect you in turn. It is a 35 unit apartment building in Eagle Place, Brantford near Freshco Plaza. The neighbourhood is fairly safe and quiet as is the building. There is a park nearby and bike path and walking trails. Shallow Creek Park. Parking is $45 dollars per month if needed.
