Looking for a clean, respectful working professional to replace my current roommate on the lease in a modern 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Fort York.

You’ll have: • Private bedroom (approx. 8’ x 9’) • Large private bathroom • Your own private balcony • Parking spot included with the unit • In-unit washer & dryer

The condo building has amazing amenities including: • Fully equipped gym • Sauna & spa room • Hot & cold plunge • BBQ area

Utilities are shared: • Hydro averages around $65/month total (split between us) • Internet & tenant insurance also split

Amazing downtown location close to: • Waterfront & parks • Grocery stores • Transit/streetcars • Bathurst & Fort York (3 min walk) • Bathurst & Fleet St (1 min walk)

The common areas are furnished. You would only need to furnish your bedroom.

Looking for someone clean, easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and open to sharing weekly cleaning responsibilities to keep the apartment peaceful and well-kept.
