Hi! I’m looking for two female students to join 1 more female undergrad in a 3 room apartment. We are looking for someone as soon as June 30th to move in or September 1 2026.

Form of payment consists of post-dated cheques and deposit of last month rent

Two room options: -first one is a smaller private room and you would share a bathroom with 1 other person ($850) -second room is the master bedroom with a private bathroom ($1000)

I have a twin bed frame and mattress that you can choose to use or bring your own:)

Kitchen is furnished, feel free to set a time to view the condition of the place.

Included in price: ultilities(AC, heating, water, internet), kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, diswasher, microwave, glassware, small appliances, cookware, cooking supplies, blender, toaster, dishes)

Parking is available

The place is 9 minute car drive from campus Bus routes you can take are #10, #20, #29, #99 5.4km from university 3rd floor No pets, no smoking, not a party house FEMALE ONLY
