Excellent non-smoker housemate sought for furnished two story 3BR Shared House on quiet residential Shaw Street, a couple blocks north of Bloor. Excellent street and neighbourhood close to all amenities.

The house is strictly smoke-free, and free from chemical/synthetic fragrances. You must be a non-smoker.

The AVAILABLE BEDROOM is medium sized with an east facing window, hardwood floor, and a deep built in closet. It it furnished with a queen size bed, a fairly large desk, a chair, a bookshelf, a chest of drawers, and a lamp. And has an AC unit for the window.

Grad students and post docs welcome, prefer someone over 25, prefer someone with arts, humanities, social science or science interests. Physical interests such as dancing, yoga, tai chi also good.

Must be responsible, easy to get on with, and not leave a mess. And be very good about doing your dishes, and reliably doing your share of household cleaning. (If doing your share of household cleaning or not leaving a mess, is not your thing, please find somewhere else.)

Hardwood floors in hallways, BRs and living room studio, tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. Three bedrooms and one three piece bathroom on top floor. Large shared eat-in kitchen on the main floor, and a two piece bathroom. Also on the main floor is a living room studio that is usually not shared (but which can generally be used by you if your have a party, or an overnight guest who needs a couch to sleep on).

Close to all amenities, including Fiesta grocery store, other places to get groceries, restaurants, Christie Pit Park and swimming pool. The Ossington and Christie subway stops are a short walk away.

Rent is INCLUSIVE of utilities, internet, use of the washer and dryer (no coins needed), and toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap.

Available on May 1st, or a bit earlier if you prefer. Available for the summer, or longer term. Rent increases to $925 inclusive in September. First and last month’s rent required.
