It’s a cozy and neat place very accessible to amenities nearby such as food basics, shoppers, scotiabank, and many food places. Bus stop is right outside the building as well so easy to travel and a quiet neighborhood.

You’ll have one female roommate. I’ve lived in shared properties before, so I’m just looking for another roommate to share a comfortable, clean, and respectful living space.
