NON-SMOKERS, NON DRINKING only. We are a team of quiet and considerate housemates, use headphones at all times so not to disturb others, take calls outside, leave the shared space clean, uncluttered, and ready for the next person, have full-time jobs, do light cooking and we like to keep to ourselves. we are looking for compatible, like-minded roomies willing to do their fair scheduled share of chores, full time work, not working from home, not kitchen hoggers.

If you enjoy tidiness and quietness you certainly found your tribe. I am talking to all those whom are tired of living in an unsafe, noisy place with inconsiderate pigs as roommates. We could try three moths first, then see how we do.

Please come over for a tour, coffee and chat. Why not?
