Upper Floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (plenty of privacy and no morning rush!).

Location: Prime spot! Just 5 minutes to Winnipeg Airport and Polo Park. Excellent transit access and close to all shopping and daily essentials.

🤝 About Us & The Vibe: We are a mixed-gender household (1 male, 1 female) and welcome roommates of any gender. We take great pride in keeping our home clean and well-maintained, so we’re looking for someone who shares those same habits.

We’re an active, lived-in household! Our home is a warm and inviting space with a friendly energy. If you prefer a “lived-in” and social atmosphere over a strictly silent one, you’ll feel right at home here.

We are two aviation students (1 Male, 1 Female) who are passionate about flying and currently work at the nearby airport.

Because we both have an extensive military background, we’ve mastered the art of communal living. You won’t have to worry about messy common areas! We take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and positive environment.

We’re often out at the flight school or the airport, but when we’re home, we enjoy a warm and inviting vibe.
