Je suis à la recherche d’un(e) étudiant(e) responsable et mature ou professional qui apprécierait une atmosphère familiale et serait traité à la fois avec intimité et respect, mais qui serait également heureux de faire partie de ma maison et de ma famille.

Situé dans le centre d’Aylmer, le logement se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied des principales commodités et à 5 minutes de l’arrêt de bus.

I have a 1 bedroom + den furnished apartment with private kitchen and bathroom. Common entrance through my house, but with a private door to the unit.

I am looking for a responsible, mature individual (professional or student) who would enjoy a family atmosphere and be treated with both privacy and respect, but who would also be happy to be part of my home and family.

Located in the center of Aylmer, the apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the main amenities (Mall, grocery stores, main street businesses) and 5 minutes walk from the bus stop.

Very family oriented dad with 2 kids who are here part time. We are friendly and most past tenants have been treated as an extension of our family.
