YOUR SPACE: • Comfortable, well-finished basement space with private entrance and full bathroom (with shower) • Furnished with a double bed, desk, closet, big Roku TV, and sitting area • Includes a kitchenette (fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, etc.) for simple meals, with full access at any time to the main upstairs kitchen • A space that offers a high level of independence while still being part of the home.

RENT & WHAT’S INCLUDED: $1650/month (one person) / $1800/month (couple or parent with young child) + $25/person/month for professional cleaning.

GOOD TO KNOW: • Laundry is in the basement and accessed on an agreed schedule (we simply coordinate by text as needed). • Ceiling height is 6 feet (182 cm). • Guests are welcome within reason, but this is not a party house.

THE HOME: Shared house with welcoming common areas: • Living room with projector and screen • Piano available to play anytime • Backyard with BBQ Relaxed, respectful atmosphere, with everyone keeping their own schedule and doing their own thing.
