About the room
The room is located in a ground level apartment on Cheyenne Ave, between Earles and Slocan. The entire apartment is 900 square feet. Your room is 10 feet by 9 1/2 feet with a large closet 8 feet long by 2 feet deep. There is a large sliding window in this room. The bedroom is UNFURNISHED. The Kitchen and living room area are open. The kitchen contains a brand new Fridge plus stove, dishwasher and mirowave and a large pantry. There is no furniture within this area. The bathroom has shower, tub, vanity and toilet. There is a large linen closet outside the bathroom. The laundry room, which is just outside your front door contains a brand new washer and dryer plus ample amount of shelving for storage, including a bicycle.. Outside your entrance door, you have your own private patio with planters for flowers or vegetables.
About the roomies
Your roomie is a young women from Ecuador. She works full time and occasionally works from home in her own room. She is very quiet and clean. She uses transit for transportation.
