Located just off the famous commercial drive we are just 6 mins walk from the commercial broadway skytrain station and bus stops as well as grocery stores, cafes, the movie theatre, restaurants and bars, trout lake and other parks etc! It’s a true gem of an area to live and you can be downtown in just 10 mins via the skytrain.

• Furnished with bed and mattress. -All bills included in price only internet an additional $19 each per month.

You’ll be living with me (Clare) from the UK I’ve been in Vancouver now for 3 years, Brandon a BC native and my cat Tybalt! We both enjoy socialising but also respect others space and privacy. Unfortunately I am unable to accept anyone with an additional pet as Tybalt is not fond of other animals and is strictly an indoor cat.
