HOME LAYOUT As a have access to the main floor (Living room, Kitchen, Front & Back yard) and the second floor (Primary Room and Shared Bathroom)
PARKING You can park on the street but will need to get your own parking permit for the area or you can park at the school parking lot for FREE down the street - weekdays car has to be moved by 7am and can only be parked in lot after 6pm on weekends car is good to be there all day. I may have another option available for parking and can revisit it closer to move in day.

I am an artist: singer/songwriter, fashion designer/stylist , I am very involved with the Toronto creative community as well! My mom lives in the basement unit and she shares the washer and freezer on the main floor every once in a while, it would only be you and one other girl sharing the full main floor and second floor with bathroom
