I’m looking to sublet my room for the summer. The room is in a 3 bed 1 bath townhouse in the quiet and nice Trinity Bellwoods neighborhood. Just a 5 minute walk from Trinity Bellwoods park, I’m sad I won’t get to partake in the beautiful weather! The house has a basement for any extra storage you may need. The landlord is looking for future tenants so there is an option to continue living in the area if it interests you. I can have my room furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer.

You’ll be living with two guys:

Guy #1 is a 3rd year Economics/Stats major at UofT. He likes F1, exploring the neighborhood, and learning all things economics. Guy #2 is a graduating Computer Engineering major at TMU. He likes tinkering with electronics, hanging out, and playing hockey.

Overall these guys are great and I’m happy to have had them for roommates. They’re incredibly friendly and easygoing.
