Comes with in-unit laundry (no coins), stove, dishwasher, etc. Large back porch with chairs overlooking the yard, very nice for summer, lots of birds in the yard if thats your thing. The unit is fully soundproofed-can’t hear neighbours at all.

Room available currently has the option to come fully furnished with bed + bedframe and desk. Rent is $975, wifi $20, utilities very affordable (more expensive in winter, but most recent bill was $15 for the month of March). Available from May 1 for a year long lease (ends June 30, 2027).

I’m a clean person, very chill, I don’t smoke but don’t mind it whatsoever. I play music (guitar and piano) and study finance at Dalhousie. I’m very welcoming, I love conversation so I wouldn’t mind anyone to room with, though students/musicians would suit me best.
