It is occupied by a female homeowner who is very pleasant, empathetic and respectful of people’s personal space. The house has two vacant furnished bedrooms ready to be occupied by single females only. The rooms are decently spacious and come with double-sized beds, built-in closet space, dressers and night tables.
There is access to a washing machine and dryer in the basement for laundry.
The house is located 1 minute from the bus stop, 5 minutes walk to 205 Quigley Plaza, and 8 - 10 minutes drive to the popular East Gate Shopping Mall. Buses traversing the neighbourhood terminate at Jackson Square downtown Hamilton, which is the main thoroughfare for Go Buses / Trains and a connection to all other buses that travel to Mohawk College campuses, McMaster University and other areas around Hamilton.
About the roomies
The homeowner is a very reserved individual who is very respectful of other people’s personal space and privacy. She does not like a lot of people coming in and out of the premises. She prefers that friend access to the premises be kept to a minimum, and sleepovers are strictly prohibited.
No animals are allowed in the home. The homeowner is allergic to cigarette smoke, highly scented perfumes, chemicals and animal furs.
