The bedroom for rent is a master room with its own washroom and big sliding-door closet. It’s on the third floor of Queen and Jarvis. The building has study floors on every floor, a gym, a sauna room, a library, and an in-unit washer & dryer. The room faces northwest and is 5 minutes from Queen Station, a 20-minute walk from U of T, and has many shops/activities in the area. There’s lots of room; it is quite spacious. No bill or WiFi is included.

We are a man and a woman, both attending U of T. We’re both pretty independent and have separate routines and all. We cook food separately and clean after ourselves. The house is a nice place to be, and we’re both pretty chill. We don’t smoke, have pets, nor bring people around much.
