Hello I’m looking for a female housemate who can move in June 1st. ( open to mid June but preferably June 1st) This is a town house that has 3bedroom and 1.5washroom.
The rent is $719 per month. It includes all utilities and wifi. (Including basic home appliances)(In-unit laundry!!) *if you have a car, there will be a parking fee Smoke or pet is not allowed. Two female tenants are working professionals. Washrooms, kitchen, and living areas will be shared with other tenants.
Walking distance to shoppers, giant tiger, safeway, and clinics. 1 min walking distance to blue bus( downtown) Walking distance to 60, blue ( U of M)
Room is not furnished, and available for working professionals and student.
