About the room
Room for SUBLET – H3H 1N3 | May 1 – August 1. I am subletting my room in a townhouse in downtown Montreal, as I will be away for the summer. The house is a large 2,500 SF house with five bedrooms. It has a TV/Living room and a full dining room.
ROOM: The room is cozy and spacious, and it has an ensuite bathroom. The room is large, has privacy, and closet + furnishing. The room is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, office chair, and a monitor in the room that you could use.
HOUSE: The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, forks, etc. There are two large fridges in the kitchen.
There is a new washer and dryer in the basement.
LOCATION: 4-minute walk from Guy-Concordia metro station, close to Concordia University, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything the city has to offer.
