It’s small, cozy, and suitable for one person. The house is a 5 minutes walk from Joyce Skytrain Station. -Available April 25th

It has its own private entrance.
-You would share the kitchen and bathroom with the couple from the other bedroom.
-The laundry room is located close to your front door. You would share the laundry room with the basement tenants.
-This is on the lower floor with entry near your door.
-there are a few concrete steps to get to the entry.
-Brand new fridge, new light fixtures, & cleaned for your enjoyment!
-There is a shed for shared storage and a garden. We would like residents to help with tasks around the property if able bodied.
About the roomies
The couple living in the other bedroom of the suite are hard working and not home much. One of them is also a student.
