RENTAL TERMS: RTA protected lease signed with the landlord. Lease term has to be at least 6 months but we can sign a longer lease if you’d like, followed by month-to-month. Rent and utilities paid to current tenant (me). There will be a written roommate agreement in addition to the lease.

RENT CONTROL: Rent increases capped at provincial guideline (Unit lived in before Nov 15, 2018). The landlord hasn’t raised the rent since I moved in 2 years ago.

Whether you’re introverted or extroverted, I’m open to building a friendship or simply sharing this great space respectfully. I’m cool with pets as long as they’re hypoallergenic, friendly, and reasonably sized for a condo space. I don’t have any of my own but I babysit my brother’s Bichonpoo occasionally.
