Valhalla's room

A fully furnished room on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. Floor to ceiling window overlooking an inner courtyard in a sleek modern townhouse (at Bloor / The East Mall ), 10 minutes by bus from Kipling Subway station. Bathroom/ Shower is shared with just 1 person. There is a large walk-in closet with shelves, a queen size bed, a small glass writing desk.

No short stays, No couples please. No parking is available.

3 other roommates are professionals in their 30’s. Access to the pool and the gym in the condo is included in the price.

The house is very quiet and everyone is respectful to each other. There is no guest policy in place so that all who live here can have peace and quiet. Kipling subway station is about 10 min ride by bus and is right outside of the complex.

A very well stocked “Loblaws” that is open from 7 am untill 11 pm and is just 5 minutes away by walking and there are many amenities in the area.

Use of the living room and kitchen stocked with utensils.

The home is a Sanctuary to 3 other very busy people. Nobody brings guests to the house and we would like to have a roommate who shares the same values.
