The room is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse, a Shower/ Toilet is shared with 1 tidy person. The bedroom has a floor to ceiling window overlooking an inner courtyard with the greenery ( spring, summer ); use of the patio.

This sleek modern townhouse (at Bloor / The East Mall ) is located 10 minutes by bus from Kipling Subway station, Loblaws, library, banks and Cloverdale Mall.

The bus station is just outside of the condo complex. In the room there are: a large walk-in closet with shelves, book shelves and a drawer inside of the walk-in closet for your clothes, a queen size platform bed, a small glass writing desk. The walk-in closet fits in a lot.

The vibe is very quiet in the house, everyone is busy and has different schedules, so you barely see each other.

Access to the pool and the gyms in the condo is included in the price as well as utilities.

Kipling subway station is about 10 min ride by bus and is right outside of the complex.

A very well stocked “Loblaws” that is open from 7 am untill 11 pm and is just 5 minutes away by walking and there are many amenities in the area.

Use of the living room and kitchen, which is stocked with everything necessary.

Close to Humber College South.

Great for FLIGHT ATTENDANTS and AIRPORT WORKERS due to proximity to Pearson Airport.

No couples please, suitable for just 1 person. If you are looking for a term shorter than 12 months, please let me know ahead of time.
