Beautiful street, close to gave park and Sherman trail! Bus stop right outside. Large backyard, small deck in back. Shared living space, kitchen and bathroom. No air conditioning as of right now. Bills are usually $25-40 to split. Option to switch to my room if 1100 is out of your budget.

I work full time, am a bit of a night owl but get up early as well most days. My roomate also works and is out of the house most days.
