Hi! I’m subletting my room in a 3 bedrooms apartment for July and August 2026. The lease ends on August 31st, with the possibility of renewal afterwards if you wish. I could also arrange to make it available starting on May 1st (May-June-July-August).

The apartment is located on Saint-Denis, in Montreal’s Quartier Latin (Lower Plateau). It’s just a 3min walk from Berri-UQAM station, where all metro lines connect.

The rent is 800 CAD, all utilities included (electricity, heating, Wi-Fi). The unit is fully furnished, including kitchenware and bed linens.
