All utilities (water, heat, and electricity) are fully included in rent. Indoor parking is available at an additional cost if needed.

The kitchen has all the essentials (pots, pans, utensils) but is largely open for you to make your own with plenty of cabinet space available.

👋 About Me Hey I’m John, a 24 year old guy who’s easygoing, and working full-time in finance for local restaurants. I’m into F1, football, gaming, reading, and always finding something new to learn. I tend to do my meal prep and chores on weekends, so the shared spaces are usually free and clear throughout the week.

I value a home that feels comfortable and respectful for everyone in it. Especially someone who’s tidy, considerate, and up for a friendly living arrangement where we both have space to do our own thing.
