The appartement is located in rosemont La-petite-patrie. We are close to the metro and multiple bus stops going to the green, blue and orange line. We are also close to multiple bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a huge park. We live on a very calm street, with no neighbours in front of the house which is very nice privacy wise. The house has three rooms with big windows, two balconies and a one bathroom. The kitchen is renovated and all appliances are included. Please let us know if you have any animals !

You will be moving in with my friend and myself, we are two university students as well as part time workers. We like to spend time together and do fun activities either in the house or outside. We are pretty easy going as roommates but we do emphasize on keeping the appartement clean, especially if we have animals.
