Looking for a girl to sublease my furnished room in a basement suite! It’s super convenient for students, and in a family neighbourhood. This is a girls only home, and there are already two other girls renting in their private rooms. And parking in available as this is a house. Since I’m subleasing, it’ll also include:
- my bed with the bedframe
- vanity +mirror
- desk -mini fridge.
