Can come furnished or unfurnished. This isn’t just a place to crash; it’s a spot for someone who appreciates peace, high-performance living, and the outdoors.

​The Property & Vibe: ​Nature at your door: 10 acres of blueberries (yes, you can eat them in season!). ​Outdoor Oasis: Shared gazebo setup with an outdoor projector for movie nights, a fire pit, and a massive garden if you have a green thumb.

​The Space: ​Your own private bedroom in a spacious 3-bedroom layout. ​Shared access to a large kitchen, living area, and the outdoor amenities. ​Plenty of room for parking and gear. Smoking outside, 420 friendly. ​Ideal Roommate: ​Employed, reliable, and keeps a clean ship. ​Respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours. ​Someone who appreciates a low stress and high-stability lifestyle.

​The Details: ​Availability: June 1st (with potential early move-in options mid-May). ​Location: Pit meadows (peaceful, but close enough to everything). ​Rent: $1200 utilities included. Pets: we currently have a part time farm dog so we will not be allowing anymore pets but we do have baby goats in our future.
