Students and professionals are welcome as well as workers and self employed.This spacious shared apart is in a prime Montreal Plateau location, accessible to everything downtown, but still in close proximity to the many Services and Restaurants on the Plateau AND numerous vast parks with tennis and skating in season as well as greenery and nature walks up to and including the mountain ! You have your private room and share the whole apt with one other person and we find other pleasant people in the adjacent apartments in our sixplex. Large garden in back and parking available.
