The unit I live is located in a neighborhood thats very close to public transit and near a shopping mall. All amenties are within reach and it’s less than 10 minutes b y bus to downtown Vancouver. It’s near the beach and all conveniences.

I’m actually looking for a roommate so I can share my unit with someone who loves animals, since I live here with my dog, and who will respect each other’s privacy. I am a working person, and when I come home, it’s important for me that the place is calm. I’m not someone who throws parties or has big gathering at home. I am looking for a roommate who will respect my routine, stay responsible and also take care of their own duties.
