Hi! I have a room available in a 2bed1bath apartment near Dufferin and Eglinton. Its 2 min from Fairbank station and about 5 min from Cedarvale. Rent is 975 + hydro and wifi ($~100). No laundry but the laundromat is about 1 min away. Great area - walking distance to shoppers, dollarama, and grocery stores and very transit accessible (29/929, 34, 90, 63 bus and line 1 and 5). Landlord is great and responsive. Room available is large with plenty of light. 2 floors (bathroom and washroom top floor, full kitchen and living room first floor) Smoking friendly- just not inside. Furniture available potentially. I also have a cat.
