The room and solarium come fully furnished (Bed, Desk, Dresser, Office chair, Lounging chair), so you can move in hassle-free on June 1st.
The Building Amenities: Four (4) Roof top Patios available -One with a pool, Hot tub and a lounging area connected to the Gym
- All Four have BBQs, and seating areas
- Direct views of CN tower, Rogers Stadium and of course the lake!
The Logistics: Term: 1-year lease preferred. Laundry: Convenient onsite laundry facilities (not in-unit). Restrictions: No smoking. No parking or storage locker available.
