The unit is in a very convenient location, especially for students. It’s very close to University of Windsor. There are also plenty of nearby amenities, including grocery stores like FreshCo, Food Basics, and Dollarama, along with a variety of restaurants and takeout options close by. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for somewhere practical, accessible, and easy to get around from. The available room is a private, unfurnished bedroom with your own separate bathroom. The unit includes a large open-concept kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking and relaxing. These common areas, along with the entrance and laundry room, would be shared.

We’re two female students currently living in the unit. We share one of the bedrooms and tend to keep to ourselves most of the time. We’re both pretty quiet, respectful, and value a peaceful living environment. Overall, we’re easygoing and private, and we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who’s clean, considerate, and comfortable sharing common spaces.
