I’m a university student at MRU currently taking HR, I love biking, reading and I’m a very big foodie 🍜 I’m very clean quiet and really want someone respectful, reliable, clean and can communicate well.

At this basement suites one of the best things is the lighting - we have morning light in the bedrooms and good lighting in the shared common areas (kitchen, living room) Along with

• shared washer and dryer with the upstairs neighbours
• private entrance, and a spacious backyard! Our upstairs neighbours are super nice, and quiet.
• Storage Unit
• 15 min walk to the C-Train (red line)
• Close to amenities - grocery store, gym, gas stations, bank etc..
• one side of Garage and driveway
• Close to Macleod, Glenmore, & 14 st.
• Close to Mount Royal University

Utilities - 40% of the house - ranges roughly from $60(summer) -$90 (winter) Wifi is split - $36 Rent - $815
