East end condo, has a furnished spacious room for long term rent. I am on Wavell street, between Dundas and Clarke roads. Very close to lots of shopping and other retail, including restaurants. I am looking for a mature female boarder. I have had male boarders in the past, and they did not pan out. I prefer a working female, however I certainly will consider someone whom is retired or on Ontario works or ODSP. I am a retired senior. I live with my furbaby. She is a small breed dog and very human friendly. To rent in my home, you must be Very dog friendly and love dogs. This is mantatory . I am waiting on hip surgery. I walk with a cane to get around. However, still self sufficient,for the most part. Cable, internet, laundry are all included. Parking avaliable. Large patio for your use. Everything is provided in my kitchen. We will share all rooms,other than our bedrooms. This is your private space. I am pot friendly. Non smokers preferd, however you smoke outside on my patio. No heavy substance abuse tolerated. I am a moderate drinker. I live a very quiet lifestyle and expect the same. No overnight guests, other than family members. If you do alot of “partying” my home is Not the place to live. I just wish to get along,without any drama. My rental agreement is month to month. No long term lease necessary. There is a small rental deposit of $100. This is refundable,when you leave. The rent is $800 per month. The rent may be negotiable, provided you would be agreeable to walk my dog . Possibly some light house cleaning. This will lower your rent. Again, I want a female,who lives a quiet lifestyle with no drama. A move in day would be in May. I am renting to 1 person, not couples. Sorry, I can not accommodate any more dogs or cats.
