The house is divided in a way that allows for privacy and there are separate entrance for both spaces.
Extras: Full bath, dishwasher, laundry in building (coin opp: $3wash $2dry), backyard, fire-pit and private parking. Great neighbourhood, 5mins to DW subway, quiet street, close to grocery & 505 street car.
About the roomies
F30s. I work from home and use the studio as an office. I’m very clean, social, spend a lot of time creating, so coffee & conversation is a good way to connect.
Looking for someone respectful, who likes cats, there’s a single kitty here so no extra pets. Since the house is divided, there is space to keep him on the other side of the home if requested.
