Room For Rent in Shared family home. Looking for a female tenant to rent a room in our upstairs family home. Currently a family with children and a few dogs live here. We will be relocating shortly, but there will still be other roommates or children visiting on weekends in the property. Must be OK with animals. Minimum six months lease required. No overnight or day visitors. Parking is extra. Common space areas are shared like living room, kitchen, dining room, etc. Close to Square One, go train, transit, shopping centers, grocery stores, walking trails and schools. Currently right now, my husband, myself, my uncle and four children live in this property. However, the children, uncle and I will be relocating on July 1. We will come and visit occasional weekends and my husband will still be in the property. The other rooms in the house will also be rented out. You must be a female and looking for a minimum of six months lease. There are also dogs in the house, although they stay in their cage she must be OK with animals.
